Credit Guarantee Scheme for Exporters

Government of India has floated ‘Credit Guarantee Scheme for Exporters (CGSE)’ through the Trust/Fund named as Credit Guarantee Fund for Exporters (CGFE), to be managed the National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company Limited (NCGTC).

Eligible Exporters

1. Direct exporters : Condition in either of the previous two financial years viz. FY24 and FY25

(i)MSME units with at least 5 per cent of their turnover through exports to specified sectors as shared in Annex

(ii)Other units (Non-MSME), with at least 20 per cent of their turnover through exports to specified sectors as shared in Annex

 (iii) Exporter is having active and standard export working capital limits as on 30.09.25

2. Indirect MSME exporters

(i) MSME units who supply at least 30 per cent of their total turnover to the units mentioned in Direct Exporter

(ii) MSME have active and standard working capital limits as on 30.09.25.

Benefits

1. Direct exporters: Upto 20 per cent of sanctioned export working capital limits (fund based and non-fund based) as on 30.09.2025 (Max. INR.50Cr).
2. Indirect exporters: Upto 20 per cent of the sanctioned working capital limits (fund based and non-fund based) as on 30.09.2025 (Max. INR.50Cr).

Maximum Loan Amount: ₹50 crore per borrower (in rupee currency only).
